Question... How do you handle I hate to say it this way, but the "nips".. lol. I find myself cold a lot, and this would present an issue out in public haha.
@Debbie, the itching from bras or bikinis is unbearable. I think my skin, especially in the chest area, is just too sensitive for the kind of fabric bras and bikinis are made of. And I have problems with other clothes. Not only with bras. It´s not easy to find clothes I can tolerate. And the back pain, it´s because bras give me bad posture, believe me or not.
If you like them, then good for you!!
good catchy youtube title.
I just want to add that I totally understand if a woman prefers to wear a bra in public because she finds her breasts sag. Of course it´s much easier for a woman with small and perky breasts to be braless, compared to one with big or saggy breasts. It´s much more difficult in this situation.
However, women should now the truth, that they don´t have to wear a bra, that it´s not healthy, and that they should get rid of it when they are at home.
If they feel uncomfortable being braless because their breasts are heavy and it hurts, they should know that it will become easier with time to be braless because the ligaments that support the breasts will become stronger.
Besides, it will be good for their breasts and overall health if they go braless as much as possible.
Carolina, I agree: why in our society do we feel we should hide nipples? It doesn´t make sense haha!
None of us should hide our bodies.
I stopped wearing them a year ago... when i started breathing meditation techniques and realized bra makes me have short-breathing... you can not open your ribs and that really shortens your'e breathing from going much deeper... not a good thing!
And girls: don't be ashamed if you show your nipples through your t-shirt, they're beautiful and people and society needs to learn to don't feel ashamed about showing parts of the body, (specially women, and don't look at it as 'sexual' 'sexy' 'perverted' etc) it's totally natural... everybody has the same... is stupid to feel embarrassed- my opinion, :)
