30 Bananas a Day!

Veganism for the 99% of the World!

In this video I discuss the fault with Dr. Doug Graham's perspective (if you can't eat only raw you should skip a meal). When set to a global scale. What is the impact? I believe raw til 4 is a better mindset. I believe we need to realize the privileges we have that others may not have in the world.

Yeh,well said. Another point is affordability,i have access to fruit in country NSW,Australia,(average quality ) but can't always afford totally raw diet. 2 out of 3 sons are now vegan,so its much more practical to have cooked starches, etc,at night. I promote Raw til 4 to whoever will listen, they can always go one better later if they want to. Fruitarian lifestyle is the peak, but will scare many off due to affordability and dogma. Great to spread the vegan message that will suit most people!

Great video guys! I think this WFF fallout is the best thing that has happened to the high carb vegan lifestyle. It has kicked off that elitist cover that I'm sure has turned off so many people from trying this out because it can be really expensive and difficult to get high quality fruit (or organic fruit). And now realistic ways to do the high carb vegan lifestyle are finally getting the attention they deserve.

Veganism for the 99%!

Great video that drives home the point. Practicality will allow people to stay vegan and help the animals. I eat a starch-based diet for many reasons but still lots of fruit. It's so amazing I want everyone to eat like this.

I agree! Making people scared of rice and steamed veggies will create and deepen eating disorders. I have been there myself and you'll just end up eating a jar of nutbutter and thats just gross.

I did live in Northern Siberia.. (Krasnoyarskiy Kray) we were in veggie community back then and I do remember some banana peels so maybe we had bananas once. in one and a half years.
there's different extras as edible Papardnik in Taiga and Cherimsha which is nutritious.. and Cedar nuts..
Love potatoes. it's been my fix worldwide.

Your perspective is NORMAL and I'll say The Right One! :) good job guys.
accent is not tho! XD

I cannot eat fruit every meal and atm i have no intention too. I eat high card vegan always! but I eat some beans and lentils(occasionally) and some sweet potato and broccoli/aparagus (steamed) I feel great, look decent(ish) and am very fit. That'll do me for now! Peace

I'll bet some here may be surprised to know that even here in the frozen ivory wealth lands of Canada, just less than 100 k outside of Ottawa, in any given country grocery store, you'd be lucky to find ripe bananas and apples in it. Those were the only fruits I found in this store one particular day on a long bike ride to Kingston through the countryside.

I suspect folks just don't eat fruit around there I guess.

Good job guys, you had me fooled i thought he was Siberian, for about 10 seconds lol. I'm not very well off, but i definitely consider myself one of the privileged minority.
