What I wanna know is how?? How does one locate/identify all the feelings that need accepting? Then how does one accept them (how long must one "withdraw" and what does one do while withdrawing? Then, when all that is done how does one know when to just accept the physical manifestations of dis-ease and stop searching for a "cure"?

I think I would like to delete my original comment for this video. I get it now. I know the answers to those questions, at least as much as one can know those answers.
Although I still don't know if I could explain it to anybody. I see my friends and family suffer in ways that I used to suffer, I try to explain to them that they can un-learn the behaviors that cause their stressful thoughts, but I haven't yet been able to explain it in a way that they understand. When I try they seem to think I am diminutizing their pain. hmmmpf, it's very interesting.

I enjoyed this, thanks. I think with your question, like he says we just have to feel what we are feeling and not suppress it.
