Very helpful! What I like to tell myself is I am having a craving because it's detoxing out of my body. It works for me.

Amanda...Yeah, it is disappointing that Zuzanna would post something like that. But the thing is...I find veganism to be more of a spiritual 'thing' than a 'diet' thing. She's simply not at the point in her journey where she feels pulled towards veganism. And I don't hold that against her. Although I do wish she wouldn't make negative comments about veganism publicly.

These workout videos are great, thanks for posting!  The food video was good too, but I would add one more thing, which is that with respect to cravings for unhealthy foods, those cravings can almost invariably be met by finding a healthy alternative that satisfies the same taste cravings.  All major tastes (sweet, salty, sour, bitter, tangy, tomato-saucey, spicey, cinnamony, creamy, etc) can be satisfied with healthy raw vegan foods, it's just a matter of exploring the full range and combination of such foods more thoroughly, and keeping a full range of foods on hand to satisfy potential cravings. When I first transitioned to a raw vegan diet, nut butters (including black sesame seed butter, tahini, almond butter, walnut butter, and brazil nut butter) and coconut oil were like my meat-and-potatoes, and raw "lasagna" dishes (zuchini-based with a raw tomato sauce) were great too; nowadays, I am satisfied with much more simple meals and much more of a high-fruit diet.
