Exercise does NOT have to be boring! Just do something that you already enjoy! Personally, I LOVE to dance so this is a GREAT way for me to get my body-movement-time in! I call it my dancercize routine! I am sure I am not the first person to invent this word but it was what came to me when I started doing it!
Don't like dancing? That's fine! Go play some tennis, football, basketball or whatever sport you love! Go swimming, biking or hiking! These things are all FUN but they are also exercise! There is no reason why exercise has to involve a treadmill or an exercise bike if you don't enjoy that!
Go MOVE your body! It is a really vital part of the health package! Without movement our lymph system doesn't function very well! Also, it is a really good way to just get your energy flowing so that it doesn't stagnate! Exercise also creates endorphins which = boost in mood! It can also help you stay warm during these cold winter months! I could go on, but I think you get the point! :)
