ok ! We have to move a lot in a day But how many hours do we have to run, make some yoga, jump, etc; to use all the sugar fruits? I just eat fruits and vegetables . Some times, nut or avocado but not more than 1 or 2 oz. And I still have fat in my body. Not as much as I used to before but still ! and I run 4 times a wek, I do yoga... Do we have to make sport 3 h a day ?
