A lot of people ask if I worry about calcium and bones on this diet. Well, if I'm holding more than triple my body weight in the air over me, I think that shows my bones solid as can be just like some of the biggest and strongest animals in the world like the elephant and the rhino.
In this vid I'm doing some what is called, " static bench press static holds " of 405 and 455. One of the top benchers in the world like Jennifer Thompson uses it to help get the feel of the pressure of the heavier weights for bench press. This is my only like 3rd time every trying out static bench press static holds, so I can't really comment if they personally help or not. I consider this to a very ADVANCED bench press training technique, so this isn't for beginners. Be safe, always have a spotter and safety racks in place when performing this.
