5+ years on a fruit based diet with no protein supplements with a more than double body weight bench press my 1 st attempt ever and a part 2 coming, too. The reps and sets I did before attempting this was 255 x 5 and 275 x 4. Also, I did deadlifts and rows just before this, too. I think I had pretty much just papaya, bananas, goji berries, and tangerine juice I sipped in between sets that day. Didn't have time for a salad that night.
