Hi I am matan and Im a semi pro cyclist in the U23 elite cat. Im racing in national and international level both for my cycling team and for my country with the national team.
I recently tried to lose weight through really restricting calories. I went from 62kg to 58kg. It was hard so I tried to look for alternatives. I found Durianrider on utube and 5 months ago I got convinced and went on a vegan diet 80% raw. My weight stayed the same!! despite eating so much and never feeling hungry again!! my performance was also great! I need to ask guys like me or guys with knowledge about how to prepare for a race (loading carbs etc. and what to eat during a 150k+ race)
I have a problem eating during races because it feels repulsive so I forget about it and sometimes BONK real hard! I had some races lately where I really had a chance of winning but I bonked in the last 20k... I need help...

To get started. Be sure to note food, calorie, water, sleep recommendations and log (can use www.cronometer.com or similar) your food/drink intake, at least for the first few months to get used to what you need to eat to stay on target calorie wise as well as macronutrient (carbs:fat:protein) wise.
