Hi Jamie, unfortunately I am having real trouble getting her to eat raw, she is probablyonly 50% Raw, we are around 80 - 90% raw.
She won't do smoothies and she isn't breast fed. But if your bub is breast fed you've got most of it covered all ready. Then probably green smoothies - but read the book because though I've read raw books and done net research I haven't had the $ yet for the 801010 one yet so I don't wantto give too much advice. Ijust offer raw with every meal and let her graze thrughout the day becaus eshe is rarely hungry at 'meal times'. And though t is probably not approved of by NH ers I give her a supplement of multivitamin once a week to get around fussiness etc and ease my mind - hope that helps!
hey jamie.. i'm in hunterdon county, southwest from where you're at i believe.. the figs i get from a lady who lives pretty close and has about ten plants in her yard.. they're delicious and only have a short window where they are ripe, so it is a good time for me right now :-).. and yeah before this i was getting the ones from the store shipped from CA, which i found to typically have less than half the container be good figs (but i kept buying them nonetheless lol)
