ok, day 6. and done! i am done with banana island.
today, i felt good in general, but time to time the waves of tiredness/exhausted feeling came over me like previous days. but definitely better than las 5 days.

i forgot to post this yesterday...
and YES! i finally started to feel better.
i finished my day with YOGA and it felt so different. STRONG. yes!
in retrospect, i might have pushed myself too hard to eat 2500cal. and also, to achieve it, i had been eating continuously throughout the day.
from now on, i will try to eat 3 times a day and then try as much as i can not to eat from 8pm to 8am.

wow, i felt so ill today. no energy and nausea. and i woke up last night again, and feeling terrible cravings. and then i ate some cooked broccoli, which satisfied me. i ate 2 bananas, one each for twice other times that i got up... i hope i can sleep thought the night one day.

i just finished my last smoothie for today. it was yummy. yes, i ate 2500 cal worth of bananas... again.
