I am originally from a small eastern country, but currently live in UK. I've been vegetarian for almost 10 years and I'm trying to convert to vegan. I am trying to eat RT4 at the moment, though my four does move due to the nature of my work and sleeping pattern.

I did follow the couch-to-5k as exactly as I could, more so than is necessary. I personally used a GPS sports watch to monitor the distances because I had one, but that is not required. Using a wristwatch to do the 'times' track would have been just fine.
I did not need to repeat any weeks. I was a little anxious approaching a couple of the weeks.. such as the one where you jog 2 miles straight.. but surprisingly I was able to accomplish each week as they came along. Admittedly some weeks were a challenge, but I was on cloud 9 after completing a workout that seemed a little daunting going into it.
Before that couch-to-5k I touched 300 pounds and couldn't jog 1/4 mile. I started on week one and by week 9 I was jogging 3 miles non-stop 3 times a week. When I jogged it was more of a shuffle as mentioned in the post rather than a sprint, but I later found out through clinics at local shoe stores and running clubs that I was actually doing the best proper technique all along. The only advice I would give that I haven't been very good with is to just keep taking it easy, both during and after the program.
