I am new to the 80/10/10 diet and have alot to learn.
I have M.E. also know as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I have been really excited to read about the fantastic results other people with M.E./CFS have had with this lifestyle.
I've been listening to Durianrider and Doug Graham on youtube and both have been very inspirational. They made it all sound so simple and I sudenly realised thats because it is. It is myself that is making it difficult. That and chasing the wrong people for advice.
So here I am. Ready to live. Excited about life.
