I'm now adding veggies to my program because I've got the fruit part down pat.
Couldn't find a salad dressing without overts, so I tried a soup. I put in my VitaMix: tomatoes (626g), celery (122g) green bell pepper (136g), cauliflower (304g). After the mix got soupy, I cut up some baby cucumbers and tossed them in just so I could feel I was eating something. Yuck!
Thank God I still have about 500 calories to spend before I sleep tonight.
