any legit success stories on raw til 4?

I've been researching, there doesn't seem to be any legit ones. Even freelee lost weight with totally raw and after her body was totally "healed" did she start eating cooked foods.

How long before symptoms of irreversible b12 deficiency?

I saw a girl eat a ton of bananas but was still thin. That was the start of this lifestyle for me. But i had a few questions unadressed that would help me if they were answered. Freelee doesn't reeeeally reply to coments on her video so i decided to sign up here. I've been on this lifestyle for more or less 1 year. I've had ups and downs, but more or less kept to the rules. I watch freelee all the time, though durianrider a bit less. I would live to contribute to this community by asking helpful questions that freelee may answ3r for newbies unadressed in faqs or anywhere else. I also hate animal cruelty etc for the food of this age. I'm not sure what else i'm supposed to put in..... i'll be 19 this year and finally a uni student- yay! ^^
I've never had bulimia, anorexia or any eating disorder whatso-ever, but decided on this lifestyle because eating a ton to get thin was intruiging. My parents are pretty open people, so they don't mind what the hell i do :) I try to stay anonymous on the net, so i hope this much will suffice^^ btw i'm a happy single, no need for relationships :p

1. What is the minimum calories from fruit? i kjow its like 2000, but what is the MINIMUM MINUMUM? Where i live, only unripe bananas are sold, and my entire family eats those before theres any time for them to ripen :( mangos are wayyyy too expensive per fruit, they don't sell in bulk. Even if you buy a lot of single fruit, they still charge you the same amount. So eating oranges and apples, i can only manage 1000 cals :( the rest is with cookdd food. I don't see the problem with eating only this much fruit.... cronometer says i have all i need?

2. If freelee says less than 10 percent for fats, what about omega 3s? Do they count? They are fats, but theres a lot in mangos so i tried a monomeal of mangos the entire day, getting in enough cals, but 24 percent fat from omega 3s nd 6s?

3. Where do you find time to do things productive, other than preparing, eating so as to get like 10+ fruit per meal and exercise, or drinking a ton of water and then cleaning afterwards?i saw freelees laptop, its disgusting. I wash and dry my hands before i touch any electronics cos electronics are MY LIFE ( also studying something to do with it) Its holiday now, but once uni starts ill bareky have time :(

4. Is freelees book outdated? A girl i know bought it, but says it has phrases in it such as "if you eat cooked foo and say you got fat, its no fair!" Is it worth buying the book?

5. How much salt is acceptable? As in measurement. Harley said a little bit was okay, how much is a little bit?

6. Difference between white and coconut sugar... i know white sugar is processed etc. But is there any huge difference in using white sugar rather than coconut sugar on the body? Harley made a video saying it wasn't coke that makes you fat etc pretty sure they use white sugar. I don't drink coke but in baking will it make a huge diffference if i use white sugar?

7. Is carbonated water okay?is it allowed on tjis diet?

8. Why does freelee squat in some of her videos? What type of exercise is this considered in the exercise planner she made for us?

9. Do you recommend exercising in the morning and afternoon?

10. How long of exercise is too much? In freelees exercise planner its all under 30 mins. Is yoga for an hour and half too much or swimming for two hours too much, if you feel okay? Sometimes i can't sleep if i exercise.

I can't reach 2000 calories...

On fruit. I felt so full after 3mangoes breakfast and one big one for lunch. Am I starving myself? Is this equivalent to..... ANOREXIA of sorts on the raw till 4? Am i damaging my body in any way bcos i see peops that don't reach 2000 but seem to think that's fine. I couldn't eat as much fruits yesterday even though I felt the effects of it.... because we couldn'r afford so much mangoes :( so I'm thinking.... even if I feel slightly wierd?
