I am very outgoing and have been doing a lot of research online and reading many books that go over Raw till 4, and the raw lifestyle. I am really interested in getting more information on all of this and to make sure I pick the right lifestyle that fits me. I am nervous because I do not know exactly what the best way to start is wither its going fully straight raw til 4 or slowly exchanging meals. I would love to learn more recipes because i still feel loss at different combinations that are able to go good and well where i can start (lol). I am 28 years old, and sadly overweight. I have always been this way because this is how i was raised to eat. I want to feel better for myself and feel more confident in who i am and how i look. I have 2 kids and my energy level is not where it should be, I want to be able to move around more with them and not get worn out so fast. I hope to meet new friends who enjoy the same lifestyle as I do, and build those bonds that I dont get with my family because they do not believe in this lifestyle.

A list of book, well that is very long. I love to ready Sherrilyn Kenyon, Anna Rice, Cassandra C, P.C. Cast ect. I love being outdoors with my kids, I want to start hiking and really start living off the land like we were made to do.

I really need help finding ways to eat more fruit and veggies daily, I have gotten the concept of what needs to be done but am at a loss as to where i need to start. Do i just jump both feet in, or do i start slowly exchanging meals over a weeks time. Also, I am at a loss as to know what to do when i start craving something that my body has been used to for the past 28 years. I also need support from a community because my family and friends are not ones who support me on this lifestyle and i know it will be harder not being able to talk to anyone about it. I feel like i need lots of help also in knowing how much I should eat to make sure I get enough calories a day.
