alright, I don't want to post tonight so this one is short. Not a good day at all... until I bought $30 worth of jackfruit. So, tomorrow I'll start with my water, jackfruit feast for lunch then smoothie for the afternoon while working. I can't take jackfruit to work, I did that once and it's too strong for others to handle.... meanwhile they'll make boiled flesh soup for all (not me) and nobody complains about that of course.

Ok, so I think I know the difference between a want and a need. But, what about a feeling? I mean, I seem to 'think' I want to eat 801010, but I can do it during the day, but by the late afternoon/evening, I don't feel like eating fruit. I could say I'm not hungry for fruit - but that's not true because I'll go and eat sprouted toasted bread with almond butter, or, ezekial cereal with almond milk.

My goals are to create a space in my small apt. where I feel comfortable, not confined - to exercise. I know I don't do any indoor activities because of the lack of space. Today, that changes because I finally have free time to move things around it make it more spacious!
