I've been vegan for twelve years, vegetarian for two years before that. I'm not terribly strict, but my diet is probably +95% vegan by weight throughout the year.

Since I bought a blender a year ago, I've been eating much more raw foods purely out of convenience.

After finding out about DurianRider and Freelee on YouTube, I'm curious to see what the effects of a Fruitarian diet would be on my life. Most curious is the lack of any caloric restriction. I have difficulty understanding how it makes any sense, but I'm not afraid of gaining weight for science if it doesn't pan out, so I'm eager to try it! Other than the calorie issue, I think eating mostly fruits is, in hindsight, very intuitive.

My current goals are to pack on a lot of lean muscle weight on a +3000-calorie Fruitarian diet through barbell lifting, weighted sprints, and rock climbing. I don't know if it's possible to pack on that muscle on fruit (DurianRider is awfully skinny), but I'd like to try.

My initial approach will be to go 80/10/10 and see what my gainz are after three or more months, which is more than enough time to make a lot of lifting progress. If 80/10/10 is not enough, I'll use seeds to bump up the fat and protein content.

I mostly need help figuring out the logistics of living this lifestyle:
