Yea I really don’t think it works right off the bat for everyone. If you have digestive issues rest is a lot more important than trying to get in all the calories you need for the day in my opinion. I’m experimenting with smaller meals and adding back fats at the end of the day. And I’m gonna go without bananas for a while to see if I’m allergic.
Judging by your photo comments you have a big hate on for fats don't you? Fats are one of the last things I will cut down on as I am transitioning into the raw life. The meds I am on make me want to eat and eat and it seems the fats really help to alleviate that need.
