Well, today is day 1 of my goal to eat LFRV for at least 31 days. I've been transitioning over the past 3 weeks or so, and I think I'm finally ready to jump in 100%! I've noticed that I actually look forward to my banana/spinach smoothies in the morning, and whenever I eat cooked food I get a headache/really fatigued.
