A vegan trying to transition to a healthier and more vibrant lifestyle including more exercise and transitioning to an 80/10/10 high carb, raw vegan diet. England, UK. 18 :)
I started becoming interested in my health at about the age of 15 when I became a vegetarian, and soon after, a vegan. 3 years later and I want to take it one step further, to raw veganism.
Once I became a vegan, and started looking up things online, I was opened up to a world of recipes and videos on this lifestyle. I started watching Freelee's videos and she has been a huge inspiration for me to try and incorporate more raw fruit meals into my diet. This led me to 30BaD as I want to surround myself with like minded individuals (do not know any other raw vegans at all!)as I know it will give me more motivation to actually reach my goal! :)

I would love just more guidance on how to transition to a HCRV lifestyle, especially in England (quite hard to find cheap produce)! Would be great to meet some other like minded individuals, as I do not know any and can feel a bit isolated with my goals sometimes :)

To get started. Be sure to note food, calorie, water, sleep recommendations and log (can use www.cronometer.com or similar) your food/drink intake, at least for the first few months to get used to what you need to eat to stay on target calorie wise as well as macronutrient (carbs:fat:protein) wise. Even if someone is a long time, established, raw vegan, it is possible to discover some things using "hard-data"; spot trends, be able to make good adjustments, that might not be possible otherwise.
