Hi there recently started on Raw till 4, after having been vegan for the last 4 years. prior to that was consuming SAD drinking, smoking and generally disregarding my health, Back then I suffered with depression, anxiety, IBS, painful menstruation, PMDD, headaches, and was severely morbidly obese, I was too heavy to register for the Wii Fit board somewhere in the range above 160kgs, Since having been vegan I managed to loose around 46kgs and get rid of my IBS and lower my depression and anxiety a little and then for the past year or so have plateaued in my weight, and am still suffering PMDD, painful periods, mild depression & anxiety & headaches. I am basically very sick and tired of carrying around this excess weight now and would really like to lose another 40kgs eventually. I am not afraid of exercise and I love yoga, swimming and dancing the most, but on diets of calorie restriction I have rarely have had the energy I need to motivate me to to stick to any exercise ritual for more than 6 months, I am hoping that raw till 4 and being HCRV will enable me to get the results and well being I am looking for of optimal vital health.

Feeling like I am sugar poisoned after smoothies. I get a stomach ache and cold shivers accompanied with goose pimples that reminds me of what it feels like to be food poisoned that lasts 15-25 mins and then it goes away and I feel good. UPDATE I added more water into my smoothies which seems to alleviate this! yay

Hi Rheannan,  Welcome to the 30bad community. You sound like you have had a really rough trot. Hope you give Raw ago at least for a while if you are determined to lose the weight. It worked for me in the winter with no exercise due to back injury. I lost 13kgs easy as pie over 40 days stuffing myself with fruit. Hope it will work for you. You can read my blog to learn about the mistakes I made and the things that also worked for me. I am now up and about with no back pain after shedding the weight on raw.

Hi all, my family and I have been doing RT4 since the start of October, and going well so far with occasional divergence for eating out: though we have found many places willing to accommodate this lifestyle also. Prior to going RT4 we were standard vegan for 4 1/2 years. Personally I find that I could lean more toward being fully raw as sometime the effort vs outcome of RT4 cooked meals aren't as appetizing & satisfying as fruit/greens meals. Does anyone have any tips for making more…
