I love eating all raw but I'm finding it hard to get in enough calories. I simply cannot afford to. On Saturday, after a heavy workout, I decided to add half a can of chickpeas to my evening salad to up my intake and it has completely screwed up my system again. 10 days all raw

After 8 months doing raw til 4, I decided to switch to an all raw diet on November 1 and, so far, I'm really loving the switch. I thought I'd use this blog to track some of the changes that I've seen so far.Positives:-Much clearer skin. I had cleared up the worst of my acne on raw til 4, but I'm happy to see that the rest of it is finally healing up on all raw. I've been a vegetarian for 10 years and a vegan for a good percentage of that. I've also spent a decade battling anorexia and bulimia and, after spending years going in and out of treatment and never getting anywhere, I decided to look into 801010 as a way out of the eating disorder. I have so far found it to be the only thing that has ever worked for me and I feel comfortable with food for the first time in my life.

I read everything I can get my hands on. I absolutely love anything by Kurt Vonnegut and Daniel Quinn. I hate movies but I have to watch one, I love documentaries or serious dramas or anything that offers a unique perspective that makes me think. I'm also into circus arts and I do a lot of juggling and unicycling in my free time.

10 days all raw

After 8 months doing raw til 4, I decided to switch to an all raw diet on November 1 and, so far, I'm really loving the switch. I thought I'd use this blog to track some of the changes that I've seen so far.
