I came to this forum to talk to other like-minded people who agree that raw high-fruit vegan is the BEST way to eat. I certainly do not think it is the only acceptable way to eat and I myself am not 100% raw. I am really sick of people claiming that animal products are necessary or else you will be sick. I try to keep all the food I make for myself gluten-free, and no animal products, extra sugar, and large amounts of oils and other isolated parts of the food instead of the whole. I am especially tired of so called "body-builders" insisting on the alleged benefits of whey powder.

I need help explaining to misinformed people why I eat this way and why I avoid things like chicken, whey, etc such as family members who think they are healthy just because they have big muscles, when in fact they have constant stomach pain and other issues due to their bad diet. Also, more advice about what to eat, and how to cook or steam things in a healthy way after 4.
