I love and respect my body. I want to give my body what it needs and no longer wish to fill it with toxins and anything that will harm my soul's home. I do not want to support an industry that is cruel to animals or that modifies nature's foods in any way. I want to be healthy, not sick. I KNOW in my heart that low fat raw vegan is the way to go. I first came across raw veganism in the Fall of 2009. Then I did a 3 month stint of 95% raw in early 2010 and saw many health benefits from that short period of raw veganism. I have been varying from 40-75% raw vegan since then and have witnessed how my body reacts every time I come off the raw vegan diet. I am ready to go 100%. Enough is enough. I am ready to love my body 100%.

I thoroughly enjoy dancing. I practice the Nia technique, belly dance and hoop dance regularly. I also enjoy Bikram and Kundalini yoga. I have too many favorite books/movies/music to list, but I will tell you that I have a *very* eclectic taste. I am also a huge fan of The Red Hot Chili Peppers and Stereolab. :-)

I feel that my main problem is that I do not eat enough fruit during the day, especially during the work week. I usually leave my place before 6am and often times don't get home till way after 7 or 8. I also don't get much time to eat while at work and my afternoons are jam-packed with all my various activities. It's always go, go, GO! I don't give myself ample time to sit down and eat except during lunch. I tend to not stay raw vegan for dinner. I do good with breakfast and lunch meals. Dinner is where I tend to fall back into cooked foods. Maybe I am not eating enough fruit during the day? I also go back to cooked foods in social situations, especially family gatherings.
