A friend just posted on Facebook a link to an article about the dangers of healthy eating and how the whole "healthy eating" discussion is just too confusing. That you should just eat what you enjoy and forget eating healthy.
The thing is she's about 200lbs overweight, has chronic back pain, weird blood pressure, is constantly sick with colds, can't sleep well, etc. All she seems to eat is meat and cheese. Even though she knows how much I've healed through a vegan diet.

This first post is in line with my return to 811. I have known in my gut for years now that this is the best "diet" for me. As a type 2 diabetic I know without a shadow of a doubt that this what I need for healing.
