since 2006 I am making my way towards a RV diet. Living in China, Spain, Turkey, Tunisia and travelling the Middle East, Africa, SEA and several other places made it sometimes difficult for me (at that time). Since 10/2011 i am ~98% RV. I have been doing very well, but since i read 811 and pracising it (since 2/2013) i feel a difference.
During the past years 30BaD was a page i have come across several times. I think there is a lot i can gain from being a member.

To get started. Be sure to note food, calorie, water, sleep recommendations and log (can use www.cronometer.com or similar) your food/drink intake, at least for the first few months to get used to what you need to eat to stay on target calorie wise as well as macronutrient (carbs:fat:protein) wise. Even if someone is a long time, established, raw vegan, it is possible discover some things using "hard-data"; spot trends, be able to make good adjustments, that might not be possible otherwise.
