I AM AN 811 RAW VEGAN!
No more excuses. I first read 80/10/10 nearly 2 years ago and still haven't done it. I've made progress-- from SAD to vegan (junk food vegan!)-- I still have food issues. The longest I've done 811 at once is about 2 weeks. It seems so easy while I'm doing it, and I'm so happy, so I just have to do it. It's simple.

I LOVE the experiences I've been having! Today was the first day of the Animal Ethics conference at UVU. I learned about it here from prad and I'm so glad I did! Got the whole week off to go to all of the events.
