Now able to run 40 minutes! I don't even care how much I weigh! At 5'5, I've been trying to put on muscle but keep it lean. I've gained at least 6 pounds, so now up to 102. Finally breaking these calorie restricting habits!

I ate 3000+ calories per day over the weekend. I really stuffed my face, and I was pretty active. Yet, I've still been starving and having some cravings for the last three days.
I had the worst day in a long, long time yesterday. At the end of it I couldn't sleep and it was 2am and it felt like my mind was in hell. I had some avocado, hummus, and rice pasta hoping it would help me sleep (which I haven't done in a few months). My feeling of intense hunger only went away…
