I've had my ups and downs this first month. I've definitely had slip-ups, intended and unintended cheats, and days where I pretty much felt like throwing in the towel because I was so frustrated with my lack of self-discipline.

I didn't expect a perfect flawless transition after 11 years of disordered eating but it is still pretty disappointing.
I have decided not to dwell, and to simply pick up where I left off but with a couple changes.

Just ate an armful of super sweet clementines and they were delicccciiiooouuuusss! I also put some ripe bananas in the freezer to whip up later for dinner.
Surprisingly, my cravings for diet soda have been way worse than my cravings for cooked food.
I know, I know, I know... that stuff is poison in more ways than one. I think it's more addicting than most drugs to be quite honest, but maybe it's just cheaper and more readily available/accepted.
