I started my raw vegan journey in 2003 as a high fat raw vegan. Initially, i ate mostly fruit out of convenience. But, I was living in CA, and a few months after I went raw, a raw restaurant opened nearby. I figured it was perfect. This is what turned me to naively eating a high fat diet. After 3 years, I just didn't feel right anymore, so i went back to being vegan. I just assumed the raw lifestyle was flawed. Well, a little more than 6 months ago, i came across some 80/10/10ers online. I, immediately read 80/10/10 and went back raw. Now, I'm proud to say that i have been HCRV for 6 months, and feel fantastic. I am glad to have found the lifestyle that works for me. I am a figure competitor and have began prepping for my next show. I'm so excited to prep eating lots of CARBS!! i'm looking forward to bringing more awareness to the industry that carbs are necessary for a happy and fruitful life. I look forward to enjoying this page.
