"Yes, excess calories..  All I know is that I can only eat 2500 calories 2x a week.  The rest of the week I am closer to 1800.   I work out hard and alot, but I am age 45 and maintaining a weight of 103 lbs.."

"I exercise instensly to keep my weight down.  Interval training is key for me.  I also do not eat 2500-3000 a day.  My body is performing great on less than that 5 days a week.  2 days i do bump it up.."

I am 3 weeks into this lifestyle (still transitioning from one cooked veggie meal), eating more than ever and finally bloat free!   At age 43, I thought I was to 'old' to ever have a flat stomach again.  Posting a workout video because this is so exciting to me.  I suffered for over a year of digestion issues and incredible bloat.  Fruit rocks!!!  Ps.  I kept watching Freelee's videos over and over and she speaks truth, with consistency you can achieve all your physical and health goals!

I just watched your video :) you mentioned your recovery time is amazing. Could you talk more about that? I do crossfit and I eat high raw fruit and veg and my recovery time is amazing. The thing is I think nothing of it.. With that said I feel like I can recover better than other people I workout with.
