Hey, my name is Katya and I'm almost 18 years old. As a child I always thought that I eat unhealthy and one time I said that one day I'll eat fruits only. For almost two years ago I've got chronic fatigue, that was awful. I came home from school and I wasn't able to do anything. Also I had other issues like bad skin and digestion. So I couldn't take this anymore and I went on a raw food diet. cause I've heard and read about it before. So here I am eating fruits, as I once said. I'm not 100% 80/10/10 eater, but I often try, specially when a lot of sweet fruits are available. In winter I did banana island for almost three weeks, where I ate raw bananas only. After that I went on a raw fat diet and I try do get back on track. Sorry for my English :)

To get started. Be sure to note food, calorie, water, sleep recommendations and log (can use www.cronometer.com or similar) your food/drink intake, at least for the first few months to get used to what you need to eat to stay on target calorie wise as well as macronutrient (carbs:fat:protein) wise. Even if someone is a long time, established, raw vegan, it is possible to discover some things using "hard-data"; spot trends, be able to make good adjustments, that might not be possible otherwise.
