My skin has never looked like this before. I've never had acne but I've also never had a clean looking face until now. I didn't feel the need for make-up today. YAY. I hate make-up anyway!
Even my mom looked at me earlier and said "You look clean! and healthy!"
I do kinda look younger without the make-up.
I think I've gained 20 pounds. But I'm too scared to weight myself. I don't even look at my body in the mirror anymore. Shameful, I know. But I'm so embarrassed. I would never quit this lifestyle, it's taken me a super long time to get into it and learn from mistakes.

I love love love fruit! But lately at dinner time when I have my salads I enjoy them but I always feel something is missing.

I always want sweet right after dinner. I'm such a brat about it.
I guess I'm supposed to have fruit before dinner but I usually just g right into the salty veggies.
Like tonight, I had three huge servings of my tabouli until I was "stuffed".
Then ten minutes later I ate three bananas. 0__0
So... I guess I'm just missing the weight of the fruit in my belly and veggies just don't cut it.
