I have continuously changed my lifestyle since I was a teenager, starting by eliminating soda, then junk food(packaged), fast food, and in the later years I have become pesco-vegetarian, slowly unintentionally becoming more vegetarian, and now raw more than cooked. My family and friends tell me I look too skinny. I take this into consideration that I SHOULD know my nutrition better. so i searched google looking up nutrition of miscellaneous fruits and vegetables, after extensive searching, I cam across a webpage that suggested finding people in my area for asupport group of sorts, then following this was a link to this website. I am seriously interested in eating a 100% raw vegan diet. I have eliminated processed grains for the most part, and i have eliminated potatoes and beans. I would love to learn more of what my body is meant to eat, not what my body can handle. I want to love my body, and I want my body to feel loved. If anyone can help then it would be great!

I really want to know and have it as instinctual knowledge of what I am eating, and why I am eating it. I want to eat nothing but fruits, vegetables, seeds, nuts, and minimal grains. No beans, no starches. I want to know what should be staple in my diet. To eat every day or eat with every meal. How can I be balanced?

i usually make sure they aren't tight near the center of the laces as some shoes are... also i try and have extra room, around a thumbnail from the toes to the tip of the shoe..  that's basically it lol.  if there is anything pressing into my feet when i jog around with them, i try and adjust them, if i can't i don't bother with them.  i've have that happen before.  the main thing besides room for the toes, for me, is room in the midfoot area.

Oh congratulations :)  sounds like you are off to a good start so i hope you stick with it.  Running's a great way to meet more friends that are health conscious.  The more you run properly and enjoy it, the more your body will be happy with you :)  If your foot is tight, you can try a shoe stretcher that some running stores have.

hey what's up?  yup i've been talkin to her on here every now and then.  she's getting into running and more that is always a good thing as you know :)  Not planning on going to stockholm anytime soon but maybe if i can save up, i will check it out someday.  Are you running in any big races coming up?

Scooby is a great runner and an awesome motiveter! My race was fun! Hehe* and I know running, kickboxing and bikram yoga is all I do to bring the heat up :)...
