Well its the end of week 2 and I had a few days where I had to take a nap.. mostly because I under ate I think. Been enjoying making different salads for dinner and trying new veggies.
Weighed in today and im down to 293.6 pnds from 310.6 pnds two weeks ago.. 10.6 pnds first week and 6.4 pnds the second week!!!!!
