A little over a year ago, I decided I needed to get my life in order. I was doing everything wrong. I was drinking too much, smoking, guzzling coffee, eating all the wrong foods (meat, dairy, high fat, no nutrition), and not getting any real exercise. Things have taken time, but I'm finally "vice" free--for the most part. Now I'm just trying to transition from Vegan to low fat raw vegan.

I've read 80/10/10 and have followed Freelee on youtube for awhile now. I just need help transitioning to 100% raw and want to be involved in a community that provides support!

To get started. Be sure to note food, calorie, water, sleep recommendations and log (can use www.cronometer.com or similar) your food/drink intake, at least for the first few months to get used to what you need to eat to stay on target calorie wise as well as macronutrient (carbs:fat:protein) wise.
