I experienced an awful cleansing reaction, or symptom. The first seven days raw I was unable to lie flat without coughing. I attribute this to that awful Folger's coffee in a (tea) bag, for which I am thankful, because if that stuff wasn't so poisonous, I might not have found myself so toxic in need of an answer. Day 8 I was able to lie flat. Now I can twist and curl while sleeping without gagging.

Wow! Has experience has been in my favor? I lost 11 pounds in 11 days. Too fast? Possibly. Day 12 I was so hungry I ate cooked food for 2 evenings and had two cups of coffee. Well, I finally crashed. Raw (60+%) from September '09 to September '10, experienced the healing of hypothyroidism, which is still amazingly in remission, I am sick. The worship of coffee as the food of the gods has culminated in severe headaches, esophageal irritation which will not allow me to lay flat. So I guess it was two days ago, Tuesday, March 20, 2012, that I was able to come to the place of surrender and take the first step of a million mile journey.
