Hi there. Starting doing crossfit around 2 years ago and adopted the paleo lifestyle. Upon graduating from college realized I needed to change the diet. Around 2 years ago I was into the paleo diet and crossfit. Initially I became very lean and pretty strong. After a while I felt mentally foggy and my skin started not looking healthy. Began to rely heavily on coffee and felt as though I was always in a state of hyped up fight or flight. Found it difficult to exercise for more than one hour at a time. Developed darked circles under my eyes and started to have candida issues. Around this time I was drinking lots of coffee and eating lots of meat, salt, oil and almond butter.
Switched over to 801010 after watching youtube videos where people said 811rv cleared their skin and made them radiate health and feel amazing.
Initially I became very very sick with tons of mucus. Soon I started to feel amazing and my skin has begun to improve.
Just finished five years at UC Merced. Started to really enjoy the fresh produce there and then moved to San Diego. Currently in San Diego figuring out what to do next.
