Hello have been vegetarian for about 6 months and I have been looking into going raw for the last few weeks.. I thinks it's an awesome way to live life. I have two kids and would love to get them eating healthy fresh food. I don't want to love how I have always lived. I was eating chocolate almost every day. Pasta with lots of cheesy sauces and hot chips from the take away shop. I want to feel brighter and energized. I have been watching freelea on you tube and fully raw kristina.. I want to learn as much as I possibally can. I want to show my kids the healthy way to eat.. And hopefully it will stay with them right up until adult hood. So so far so good with them. They are loving the foods and best of all they can have as much as they want :) we only at the very beginning with little information.. I'm very excited to learn as much as I can.. I know for a fact I will never eat meat or anything that's from an animal.. xx

I don't have any friends or family that is vegetarian yet alone thinking of going raw. So it would be nice to meet ppl with the same/similar views as mine.

To get started. Be sure to note food, calorie, water, sleep recommendations and log (can use www.cronometer.com or similar) your food/drink intake, at least for the first few months to get used to what you need to eat to stay on target calorie wise as well as macronutrient (carbs:fat:protein) wise. Even if someone is a long time, establisehd raw vegan, it is possible discover some things using "hard-data"; spot trends, be able to make good adjustments, that might not be possible otherwise.
