I love fruit, my worries are:
1-Worry about low protein, I know you recommend high fruit intake or 3000 calories, to ensure high protein, but I work at a desk all day, so not sure I need so many calories, I am a bit active, but due to my desk job, I can't be as active as I want to be
2- Worry I will put on weight as I came from very low fruit background
3- I live in the UK, fruit are very expensive, winter is very cold, so worry about it being sustainable

10 bananas for breakfast

I decided to go for it, made a a smoothie made of 10 bananas and some mixed berries this morning, lets see if my energy elevels are back high again. 

 

Also I want to feel happy, I used to feel like skipping when I have loads of nanas.

I am so annoyed I don't have access to the site at work. Its banned for whatever reason.

Bit frustrated today, I feel I’ve been half doing stuff for so long, not progressing really.  The lack of energy is not a good thing, I can’t see how I can increase my calories, I had a smoothie this morning of 4 bananas, kale and lettuce for breakfast.  Then grazed on a 1lb of raw carrots.

 

Lunch was a huge stir fry veg, I divided them into two halves, half I stir fried for a couple of minutes and half I left raw and mixed the two together, I had a few spaghetti with it, like…

No energy, please help

When I first started transitioning, I had ubelievable amount of energy, I could run 5k easily every day, but in the last week I have had no energy at all.  Start of last week, I had joint pain, that went away as I cut out all none fruit/veg food.  But since then my legs feel so heavy and I have no motivation to do any exercise at all,  I feel its like chronic fatigue syndrome.... should I just wait and see what happens.

I just read your profile info and you mentioned your worry about protein.  You should not worry as all living things contain protien.  Fruit is about 5% protein give or take.  If you eat enough calories, you will get enough protein.  An anology is that mother's milk is about 5-7% protein and this is all humans really need.  If we eat eat more protein than this, our cancer and other health risks go up.
