I decided to go for it, made a a smoothie made of 10 bananas and some mixed berries this morning, lets see if my energy elevels are back high again.
Also I want to feel happy, I used to feel like skipping when I have loads of nanas.

I am so annoyed I don't have access to the site at work. Its banned for whatever reason.
Bit frustrated today, I feel I’ve been half doing stuff for so long, not progressing really. The lack of energy is not a good thing, I can’t see how I can increase my calories, I had a smoothie this morning of 4 bananas, kale and lettuce for breakfast. Then grazed on a 1lb of raw carrots.

When I first started transitioning, I had ubelievable amount of energy, I could run 5k easily every day, but in the last week I have had no energy at all. Start of last week, I had joint pain, that went away as I cut out all none fruit/veg food. But since then my legs feel so heavy and I have no motivation to do any exercise at all, I feel its like chronic fatigue syndrome.... should I just wait and see what happens.
