I discovered Freelee one night after watching a Bloggotties video on YouTube about diet and exercise. Freelee's video replayed the video I had just watched and explained everything that Bloggoties was doing wrong. After reading so much into high protein-low carb and following Dr Al Sears' advise and program (which took it a step further and mentioned the GI and Insulin as a fat building hormone) as I listened to Freelee bash Bloggotties I thought " Wow, this woman is seriously misinformed!" I decided to go to her YouTube channel and see what she looked like and learn more about her. Firstly, I want to express how impressed I was with her body, skin, and energy level. Upon watching a few more videos I witnessed the incredibly large volume of food she was consuming while maintaining her figure. To top it all off she wasn't even working that hard to keep her figure! To say the very least I was none short than absolutely intrigued. For months I obsessively reviewed video after video and began watching Durianrider and writing down all of his advise on cycling and piecing together the biological explaination of HOW this lifestyle was not only working, but is truly, hands down, the BEST diet and lifestyle for us. I started to implement their tips and follow their advise and lost 10 pounds in one week (I was fairly constipated and very irregular on a high protein-low carb diet), noticed my headaches disappearing and dispite the volume of food I was consuming I never felt bogged down! I couldn't believe what I had discovered! Shortly after I noticed I started to put on weight, and I feared that it was coming as I had certainly done my share of metabolic damage through the my teen years especially. I committed myself to 10 months of eating this way and never felt better. I must confess that I did very little exercise during this time however. Closer to the Christmas month and with just beginning a hectic job and being under-prepared, I started grabbing snacks containing dairy- whatever was available to keep me going. I felt like crap, my skin and digestive tract suffered and I put on quite a bit of weight. My New-Years resolution was to commit myself fully to this lifestyle and to GET ON THAT BIKE! My job is still hectic but I've obtained a gym membership through my company, purchased the Raw Till 4 Ebook, prepped meals for the week and decided to join the community for support and to support Freelee and Durianrider in their quest to fix the planet. I've developed so much love and respect for others and the planet, and I feel like I have found a missing part of me that has resulted in such joy and happiness. Freelee and Durianrider, you have no idea what you have blessed me with, you have changed my life, you have allowed me a second chance to live the life I desire- I am SO greatful for your persistence and hard work. From the bottom of my heart- THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!

My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are....
I LOVE self-improvement books, reading material regarding the human body, Nutritian and wellness. I am an Aesthetician so my field of interest is skin therapy and anything that enhances the physical appearance.

I LOVE watching movies. I particularly like comedy but I'll give anything a chance.

I got a bike last summer and it has become my newest and forever LOVE.

Natalia Vodianova is my FAVORITE VS Supermodel and she is a wonderful philanthropist who developed an app called Elbi. This app allows the average person who does not have a lot of money but wants to make a difference in the charity world to connect with people around the world through online organizations. You can draw a picture for a child in Africa who lives within an orphanage and had discovered swimming for the first time, or a child in India who had just completed a cleft lip surgery and has a brand new smile. You can leave a one dollar donation to any of these organizations on the bus on the way to work, or while sitting down to have a coffee. Elbi stands for Little action Big difference. I work a very hectic job where I work around 10 hours a day and sometimes without a break. Can you provide some tips for functioning as a HCRV within a hectic job??
