From what I'm reading a lot of people recommend slow transistioning. Example, start with just breakfast, then slowly incorporate lunch and then dinner. Or, if you're having huge cravings use vegetarian substitutes for meat.
So, my question is for the overweight. Instead of transitioning slowly or meat subsituting. Has anyone used appeatite suppressants and just jumped in? My doctor has prescribed some for me before. I'm wondering if I should try them with the diet. Of course, I'll…
