Back in the UK for a while, doing raw till 4 style.
(Written 20/03/2012 )
First couple of times I tried raw veganism, I did not track calories and lost far too much weight. This time using cronometer and following the 30BAD guidelines and all is going well.
Interested in becoming completely self sufficient/part of like-minded community.
Main goal is to perceive reality- currently using Yoga, Taoist practices
Spent the whole of last year studying at Agama yoga in Thailand and intend to go back to continue later this year.

...That's intensive. The Laya yoga you do, are you chanting Mantra? Yes the Kundalini yoga is with Yogi B. I just finished my teacher training actually. The Raja I am doing, I just recently started a month ago, for fun mostly. I really enjoy it it works more with the connective tissue. Very similar to yin yoga. Holding asanas (simple ones) for a good amount of time and breathing into them, using no muscle strength. Kundalini yoga is off the charts as far as working with the subtle realms and purifying the physical body, by far the most effective yoga for myself I have done. :))) But everyone is different! Is there a reason why the course is so long at Agama ? Do you begin to teach after the 3 years or during?
I am not in Bali right now no. It is a place I am looking into. I am also looking at some yoga practices of sorts in these areas. I practice Kundalini yoga right now very powerful and love it and also attend several Raja classes. What is the name of the course you are doing? Pretty Intensive! What style yoga is practiced over there? Do you stay in there or rent near by? I have heard of Agama... :) Seems interesting. Is it Run by a Swami ?
I looked into it and watched some videos on Agama on their channel, looks like a great course. I will have to see what my plans will be, but I will highly keep that in mind of doing it. Will keep you posted when I come that way. Sounds like a long program you are going through. I'm sure the dedication is worth it...Lots of Transformation. Is your goal to be come a yoga teacher at the end of this ?
That's awesome :) I checked Agama yoga out on line, it looks really special. What kind of Yoga teacher training are you doing ? I looked into some of their classes, I'v always wanted to get my training in. How did you find this place ? I really hope I get to Thailand soon, miss it so much!
Hey, sounds like a great place as well. I don't think I have been to that area of the Island. I'm trying to work on my travel dates at the moment. But it would be lovely to meet up. The Sanctuary was a great place, so many good times (2010) and great Yin yoga. Do you live in Thailand ?
