I enjoy growing things, playing music(mostly sax, flute and lute, though I was a music major and also played clarinet and bassoone in BIOLA Univ. orchestra..besides sax in symph. and jazz), and worshiping God. I also just love reading, exploring and doing anything with my woman :). Oh ya and I am an avid barefooter, rain or shine, snow or sleet, I can handel anything with my barefeet. Also I enjoy lucid dreaming; working on it, got some decent ones under my belt.

Today I ate more oranges as planned, but not enough
had coffee,
juice of 30 oranges
2 heads of lettuce, one head plain in between juice or orange, the other head later with cooked low fat dressing (2 table spoons)


I think I will do juice of 40 oranges and one head of plain lettuce tomorrow.....Ill see about cutting the coffee


OH, I also got hungry at end of work. Went to wall mart and bought some bread for 98…

had coffee
20 oranges juiced, 1 orange whole
2 large heads of lettuce with 4 table spoons low fat seaseme seed and ginger cooked dressing
got home, did 30 minutes walking on treadmill....seems easier.....
hungry, so I had some rice
total calories too low lol....Im going to up my orange juice intake considerably tomorrow because like I said before, I savor every mouthful of orange juice.

So I had some coffee with soy milk in it......I blame this on the wife ;)


Then I had the juice of 23 oranges, one whole orange, totaling 24 oranges.
half pound of grapes, maybe closer to a pound....dont know.
2 heads of lettuce with 4 table spoons of cooked low fat dressing (3 grams fat)
Of coruse I drank a good deal of water, peeing clear

my fruit successes today

Today I woke up real early in alot of pain (right shoulder, neck). Before hand I woke up 3 times in the night with my right arm completely numb and in the same position. I wonder if this is related to the pain. This pain has happened before though, same place too. Anyways.


I got up early, took a hot shower to try and relieve the pain, then had

First of all, yesterday (anniversary) and today was junk food....but the wife and I enjoyed each others company, as usual.


Tomorrow I am ready to go. Tonight I did 30 minutes walking, dead lift 220 pounds, and 20 push ups. Felt good. I want to work up to running for 30 minutes.
Tomorrow I will try to do the same exercise.


Also tomorrow I am going to Eugene to pick up my bulk fruit order.....I AM VERY SAD that they do not have my…

Hey Eric. I'm honored that you call my transformation inspirational. I just eat cauliflower once in a while as a treat, and I've learned what my limits are. I know that it's not ideal, so I eat it the same way I might eat overt fat, once in a while. Planches take probably 2 years to learn fully, I would guess. Right now I'm doing 16 second sets of advanced frog stands, totally 1 minute, 4 times a week. It's by far my slowest progressing skill. Thanks for asking. What kind of training are you doing?

Hey Eric. Thanks for the kind words, it really means a lot to me that you came and asked for my advice.

Planches are terrific, granted very difficult, like most gymnastic progressions. Everything in bodyweights/gymnastics is a progression. You'll find that it might take you 6 months to get from 1 stage to the next, sometimes even a year. On the other hand, it might only take 2 months for you to progress onward. Definitely drop the free weights, not going to do much for you there. You'll want to check out:

www.gymnasticbodies.com and buy Coach Sommer's first book. Planches are definitely part of a good gymnastics program, but you'll want to do that at the end of a workout in addition to all of the fundamental bodyweight exercises that come before it. Training static bodyweight and moveable bodyweight exercises are 2 completely separate things, and you'll want to train both. Also, training the planche is going to be a bitch on your wrists and you'll want to go through progressions of wrist pushups as well. Take a look at that site and then ask me more questions.
