Hi I'm Emma, a Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach from Norwich, England. I've been a vegan since the beginning of 2014 having thought about it for several months. Prior to this, I had been following the Paleo style of eating for one year, listening to friends and people that really on reflection, don't have much of an idea of what constitutes a healthy diet! My weight fluctuated as I would be starving and then binge out on high fat junk foods like peanut butter and chocolate. I got into Freelee and Durianriders videos and it was then that I really learned the truth about nutrition, It opened up a whole new world to me and has completely changed my lifestyle in such a short period of time! I have completely ditched the supplements and caffeine products and all the other crap that Personal Trainers are meant to take and now run off natural energy which is in abundance. I would drink some kind of sugar free energy drink before teaching a fitness class before. Now I just eat a bunch of fruit and I'm bouncing around with not a care in the world!

Mainly just reassurance that HCRV will do what it says on the tin. I was drawn to the lifestyle because of the amazing shape Freelee is in! So for pure vanity reasons I want to know that my patience will pay off eventually. And how to handle social situations where there's food and how to explain it to people without them thinking I'm crazy?
