- I lost 90 pounds in 2011 doing the 80/10/10 diet and and have maintained the weight loss since then. For the most part I have stayed 80/10/10 since the weight loss yet have experimented with occasionally having cooked food. I always come back to doing 80/10/10 as that's how I feel my best.

- I like going on long walks and usually walk at least six miles a day. My record in one day is fifteen miles. :) I also do yoga daily and have recently started trying out Pilates.
I like comedies best. I enjoy reading books on this lifestyle and autobiographies of people I admire, especially comedians.

- Just having access to this site is a huge assistance to begin with. I think just seeing so many people doing LFRV is what I need the most. It's surprisingly difficult for me when family or friends get worried about my eating this way. I was macrobiotic for ten years when younger and that was much simpler for me to deal with in terms of people's reactions.

I have had problems with hypothyroidism and Hashimoto's disease. I never took medication for it.
In March of 2010 I had a TSH of 16.92.
I started the raw diet in January of 2011 and was 100% for a year. In 2012 I did go off at times but still was high raw, ranging from 80 to 100% raw throughout the year.
I got tested again in June of 2012 and had an improved TSH of 9.97 but my T3 free and T4 free were lower. T3 free was 1.54 and T4 was…

Durian served fresh outside in Manhattan's Chinatown

In front of Tu Quynh Pharmacy at 230 Grand Street there is a fruit stand which will open a ripe durian for you and put it in a container. There's no seating area but you can eat it outside or bring it into your home or hotel if you dare, ha, ha. I like eating it outside somewhere to avoid the smell while eating it and not upset my housemate by bringing it home.

Sadly, they lost their lease and closed on November 20th. I happened to go a few days before they closed and found out about it.
It was a nice raw restaurant which was very reasonably priced. I'll miss it!

I had understood that a cavitation is an infection in the jaw. That is why it has to be cleaned out. Now it is better to ask your dentist to explain you exactly. When do you see him?

I have heard several times that almost everybody who had their wisdom teeth pulled out has cavitations.... I hope your dentist will really find out what is going on. don´t hesitate to have a second opinion if you are not convinced by what he says.
