Hello! I have been vegetarian my whole life, but I have recently become vegan. I love it! I also have started working out consistently and my running time has vastly improved and my body is a lot stronger, however I do have a magic number on the scale that I'd like to be at, and that is what started me on the HCRV. I tried for about a week to follow a vegan low carb high protein diet and had not energy, I was sad and depressed that whole time. Then I found Freelee's video and I started eating a ton of fruits that same day and I felt not only energized but almost immediately happy and joyful to be alive! I had energy to run! :) I am really interested in living sustainably spiritually,emotionally and as a member of the planet Earth. I love animals, art in all forms, spirituality, to dance (i make up my own silly moves), and to connect with nature and wonderful people.

I would like to be connected to more people who are practicing the HCRV lifestyle, so I am encouraged to stay on it! I also would like tips on exercise, and recipes :) yum! Sometimes I am still confused about whether I should be eating a low amount of calories on HCRV? I have been trying to lose some weight and so I am confused about how long it takes to make my body an inefficient fat storer so i can eat a lot of fruits and it'll just burn away all the calories naturally. I think typically I comfortably eat about 1000 calories a day and work out. I am not hungry on that amount so I am wondering if I should eat less.
