If people can reprogram and learn law, I can reprogram for my health. I am terrible for not planning meals and eating on the run....because I am ALWAYS on the run. Recipes and good ideas of things to make would be a blocker for being able to maintain a healthy diet.

14 Days into the new me.

Posted on March 8, 2012 at 7:30am 3 Comments

Wow, 14 days already...where does the time go. So, I am now down a total of 8 pounds, and my energy levels continue to go through the roof. I am still not meeting my daily requirements according to Cronometer, and am having trouble with B12, can't seem to find any plant source for that.

Anyways, I pretty much have zero craving now for cooked food. That did not take long!!!!  I was at a friends the other day and had some fresh fish chowder they made, mostly veges and was being nice. I…

6 days into new diet.

Of course, by diet I mean a change in eating habits. Just wanted to post that I jumped right in and stuck to this now for 6 days, barely having any withdrawal, and the cravings for cooked food and snacks are there, but not too bad. It is a good test of will power and conviction, and I like to think with my experience in the law movement that both are well honed.

According to cron-o-meter, I am not achieving my daily requirements of calories, carbs, protein, or fat...and I have…

Waw, Eurotrips are fun! I did one a couple of years ago. Maybe we can meet when you are in Belgium? When will you be here?

Your not the only one-  its a bit of an art to dissipate your energy so you can keep all things in check.  I find that in those moments where energy is elsewhere and I dont feel like top dietary form its good to have good 'fallback foods'.  Mine generally is (saltless) rice with sundried tomatoes for taste or steamed potatoes w/hummous.  It doesn't leave me on the feel good a massive banana-celery smoothie would but at least I dont have the hangover effect of dehydration, spice-ridden pores, bad digestion etc.  So perhaps when you're out freeing the world from the greatest bondage that has ever existed you should keep a 2kg bag of rice with you to power up on.  You can hardly knock yourself then eh- it's quite an endeavour!

Oh,  if you didnt notice on my profile (before you befriended me) you warranted a place on my favorite people list. ha ha

Surprised eh?  Well the 'awakening' spans across all facets of life, so the man who questions conventional diet would be inclined to question the commerical matrix also.  I find as a rule of thumb  that anyone who steps outside the herd in any way/ is more open to many things.  Where did you find out about 811 may I ask- I cant imagine it was a law dictionary..?

Ive watched all your vids and listened to plenty of your interviews whilst bored at work.  First time I saw ya i thought,  if i knew him he'd defo be my mate.  You are a true warrior!!   Im in real admiration of the confidence you have- especially in light of what your challenging.  Your doing great things.  Peace

Joe

PS  Theres every chance in future I might use you for some knowledge- but ill try keep a cap on it as you probably get heaps of it!
