Well.. It's been 10 or 11 days now since my last post.. Some things have changed!
My erratic sleep patterns seem to be adjusting for the better (yikes don't look at my local time, it's 1:!4am here!) I think this has been part dietary and part physical activity. I'm putting about an hour and a bit of hill climb intervals in on the bike every couple of days.
